Estadia na MarinaView
A localização é excelente e o contacto foi bastante fácil e acessível. Não há muitas possibilidades de estacionamento perto por estar sempre ocupado, mas existe um parque de estacionamento subterrâneo que tem uma saída mesmo à frente do prédio. A limpeza deixou a desejar, podia estar mais limpo. A cama de casal tem um estrado instável que cai quando uma pessoa se mexe na cama.

Fantastic place
We really enjoyed our stay at Avenida. The apartment was fabulous, has everything you need and was exactly as advertised. The staff were all very helpful throughout our stay. A great location, close to everything you need. Would definitely recommend.

Fine but can be better.
If the owner invest a litlle bit more, such as airco and towels, then more guest would be satisfied. The problem with parking the car we find this problem to big to be happy at this place.

Brilliant stay, amazing flat and very kind host
Our flight was delayed and we arrived at the flat at midnight. Despite the late hour, the Host was very kind and came to meet us personally to make sure we were comfortably set in the flat. He greeted us with local bread and cheese which was a beautiful gesture leaving us feeling welcomed. The Host recommend places to visit, local restaurants and was open for communication during our stay. The flat was very comfortable, with a quite big living room and a huge terrace with a nice view. The flat is only few minutes to walk to the old town, with many restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it.

Location and Facilities
Very convenient location. Walking distance to City centre and all restaurants. Host was good in communication and in providing service. Beautiful view of the Marina as per the picture.

Wonderful stay
You can’t beat the location, you are walking distance to all restaurants etc in Ponta Delgada. The front balcony overlooking the marina is fantastic for having breakfast and evening drinks. The host was very responsive whenever we had a question and reached out several times to see if we needed any recommendations. Would highly recommend this place; however, please keep in mind if the weather is really hot that the apartment has no air conditioning. The host provided fans and we kept both sets of patio doors open for a breeze but it was still quite warm.

Most enjoyable stay
We loved staying in the MarinaView apartment . The view was great , we could sit outside on the spacious deck to enjoy it from many angles . The location could not be better , supermarket , info booth , harbor and historical sights all within walking distance . Our host made our check in super easy and flexible , and was easy to reach when we had questions . Highly recommend .
