Excelent apartment
We have enjoyed a great stay at the Pico apartment. It's very clean, well equipped, very comfortable, and well located. The island is magical. We've visited 3 times and this won't be our last.

Nice Apartment in Quiet Part of Ponta Delgada
It's a comfortable and clean apartment not far from the city center. The check-in details provided by the owners were very clear and it took us literally 3 minutes to get into the apartment. On the day of our arrival was my husband’s birthday and there was a present waiting for him - a bottle of champagne and chocolates. It was so nice 😊! In the apartment, you can find everything you need for one week stay - a complete kitchen, washing and drying machines, AC, etc. The owner was helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend this apartment for families with one kid or a group of three people. Note: there is no elevator in the building, so it could be a bit difficult to get to the third floor if you have heavy baggage with you.

Superschöne Ferienwohnung in in zentraler
Sehr schöne moderne und ruhige Unterkunft in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Zentrum. Es gibt zwar kein Parkmöglichkeit, aber wir haben aber immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden.

Simplesmente horrível!
Chegada ao apartamento lixo á porta, ninguém estava lá para nos receber nem mostrar onde fica o nosso apartamento nem nos ajudar com as malas. E ainda nos metem num quarto no terceiro andar sem elevador, com o carrinho do bebé,malas e o próprio bebé. Chegada ao quarto um cheiro a mofo e bolor muito intenso, cortinados continham bolor, um cheiro insuportável para a saúde especialmente para quem tem um bebé. Tinha na minha reserva na booking um berço para bebé e quando lá cheguei não tinha nada. Depois disto tudo ligamos para o número que o booking nos forneceu do anfitrião e o mesmo rejeitou a chamada,fui obrigado a ir para um hotel, obviamente nunca iria deixar o meu filho nem a minha mulher numa casa com com um cheiro horrível a bolor/ mofo, e com bolor nos cortinados, e sem berço. Acabaram por mandar mensagem passado 1 hora onde disseram que iam montar o berço dentro de mais uma 1 hora, e também falaram do cheiro que tinha, onde a solução deles era abrir a janela e colocar um ambientador. Nível de profissionalismo ZERO! Fartam-se de mandar mensagens automáticas tudo em inglês quando sou português, e mesmo sabendo que não tive na estadia mandam-me uma mensagem a dizer o seguinte: “…Foi um enorme prazer conhecê-los e tê-los a passar uns dias connosco. Foram excelentes Hóspedes! Muito obrigado por terem tratado Guest House Passal - Pico Apartment tão bem e deixarem tudo tão limpo e arrumado! Agradeço se puderem deixar um comentário na plataforma Booking.com pouco após a vossa viajem…” Isto é surreal!!! Eu nem tive hospedado, nem conheci ninguém da staff pois não estava lá ninguém pra nos receber e quando tivemos problemas a nossa chamada foi rejeitada! e mandam-me mensagens a dizer que foi um enorme prazer conhecer-nos! E que deixamos tudo limpo e arrumado! Nunca vi nada assim, é uma ignorância enorme da vossa parte! Tudo mensagens automáticas e a maioria delas em inglês! Nao tem o mínimo de cuidado nem atenção com os clientes!
