The space

Rent an entire cozy cottage with a modern touch. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, with an additional baby crib at your request. This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house is fully equipped with a living and dining area, kitchen, laundry room, and charming outdoor eating area with a outdoor grill.

Explore stunning old-world gardens nestled in greenery and towering landscapes. Relax in peaceful spots like a stone tower, under a palm tree, or in a flower garden with birds singing.

Sleeping Arrangement
- Bedroom 1: One Queen Bed
- Bedroom 2: One King Bed or Two Twin Beds. (King Bed is the joined Twins beds with a King mattress overtop)
- Bedroom 3: One Queen Bed

Guest access

To access our space, take the no exit rural road which will lead you to a large stone wall. You can enter through an automatic steel gate which uses smart passcode technology. Once you've entered, just drive up to the house and park at our spacious parking lot. You'll have access to The Farm House, as well as the grounds which cover just under 2 acres. You're free to explore the area, which includes fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Don't forget to check out the tower view at the top! You're welcome to wander around the grounds, but please note that the Stone round house and front stone houses are off-limits.

Upon your arrival, our friendly property manager will be there to greet you and show you around. You can count on them to be available throughout your stay to assist with any needs you may have. Additionally, our dedicated gardeners maintain the expansive property twice a week to ensure that everything remains in pristine condition. We want you to feel right at home and enjoy your stay to the fullest!

The neighborhood

This property is situated in a peaceful and serene rural area, just 12 minutes away from the bustling City of Ponta Delgada. You'll find a convenient grocery store, cafes and restaurants just a short less than 5-minute drive away in the nearest town. Additionally, this location is just a 5-minute drive away from the local golf course and 8-minutes to two different natural swimming pools. The best part? You'll be in the heart of the island, making it easy to explore all the main attractions such as hot springs, scenic volcanic peak views, and so much more.

Getting around

It's recommended that you have a car when visiting this property, as it is located in a rural area. However, there is a local bus that comes up the main road a short walk from the street the property is on.
