Not worth the money
The room was not what was posted on booking. It was a small room with a table (that was 5 inches from the bed) furthermore the "table" was crowded with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle ( no room to sit and eat). The booking site listed amenities that the properitor didn't even have. A seating area, dining area ( there wasnt space in the room) beach towels and beach umbrellas (they didn"t have these amenities even though it was listed on the room listing) The cleaning lady was supposed to come with more coffee capsules ( we were 2 guests for 6 days and the property only gives 1 capsule to each guest for the entire stay) and clean the room but she didnt come. ( the properitor never advised us of this delay, I had to contact him about this lack of service and we had to wait a total of 4 days until someone cleaned our room and brought us coffee capsules). The property is not worth the rate and the service is poor. It's supposed to be 24-hour service, but it was not. I messaged the property from Italy to request some info on local tours (2 hour time difference) the owner told me that he was sleeping at that hour (5am) in portugal but it was 7am in Italy. If time is an issue, then dont state that you offer 24 hour service to your guests. The island was beautiful but the accommodations are not worth the rate.

Quick get away
Booking in short notice is not easy, though we found this really impressive guesthouse, brand new with the same comfort you’ll find in a hotel. Confy, modern look, very clean.. recommend!

Ottima posizione
Structura nuova, ben ristrutturata e completa di tutto. Unico appunto, ma credo che in centro città non si possa avere di meglio, la stanza un po’ piccola, ma basta solo organizzarsi. Se torniamo a punta delgada ci soggiorneremo ancora
